The KDL 46XBR2 from Sony is a 46" LCD. Reports on this HD TV are very good and having checked it out myself in store the picture quality is great, even when you don't have a full HD feed to the set.

The glass surround style frame looks absolutely awesome on the wall and hanging it with one of the compatible wall mounts is a real breeze. Position isn;t too much of a hassle either as you can view the image very clearly from all around the room, none of this fighting for the seat right in front of the TV needed!

There are some really good deals around at the moment on the KDL 46XBR2 and you can pick it up for a great price. The HD TV comes fully loaded with options although there is no picture in picture which can be pretty cool sometimes... small price to pay though as the rest of the set is heads and shoulders above a lot of them out there. With multiple inputs you can hook up everything you need to.

With Sony you get what you pay for.. and this KDL 46XBR2 proves it.

There are a lot of reasons to get the Samsung 40a650 but I think the main one is it is ideal if you don't have the room for the larger version and this 40 Inch LCD HD TV fits just right in the space!

This isn't all this television has to offer though, although as far as the medium size range of these Samsung goes this one is very hard to beat. It may be slightly heavier and thicker than some of the newer counter parts but for the money they are asking it really is a great deal on the Samsung 40a650.

The picture quality is very good and you can see the detail in even the darkest of scenes, something which other HD TV's can fall down on, showing pixelated or 'fuzzy' edges when the light is very low in a scene, not a problem you will find here.

If I had one slight niggle it is that I would probably recommend getting a sound system to attach to the set if you are really into your films, it isn't that the sound on the Samsung 40A650 isn't adequate, I just like that BIG movie theatre feel when I am watching my latest DVD!

In all a great TV and for the size range, hard to beat. If you are looking for a mid size solution for your HD TV problem then the Samsung 40A650 could be the answer you were looking for!

The 32 Inch HDTV is a very popular size as it can be used in most places and out of these the Panasonic LCD televisions that are beating them all is the Panasonic VIERA X1 Series TC-L32X1. These particular Panasonic LCD televisions have been at the top of the best sellers chart on Amazon for a while now and we believe for a very good reason, maybe even a few.

Firstly, as with all HDTV's, the main thing you are looking for is a crisp and sharp image, after all that is the whole reason you are looking at HDTV. With the TC-L32X1 you really do see the difference when you place it side by side with other makes; it has a great balance between the brightness and contrast.

Viewing from all around the room is something you have to look out for as very few of us can say that every seat is right in front of the set. Luckily the TC-L32X1 doesn't lose any of the sharpness even if you are viewing from quite a wide angle which means you can view the latest Panasonic LCD Televisions from all around the room and you won't be disappointed.

Secondly the sound is very important; it's no good having a great picture if you can't hear the thing! Luckily the sound that Panasonic LCD televisions produce is really nice and clear so you shouldn't have any complaints with it although some people have reported a low volume when playing DVD's I believe this may be more of a cable connection problem as when we tried this we noticed no loss in volume.

A single remote can be used with these Panasonic LCD televisions along side any compatible equipment (DVD, Blu-Ray, Home Cinema Sound Systems) , meaning you don't have a million controllers sat on the coffee table, or lost down the back of the chair! Great for the forgetful amongst us.

It is almost a given now that the TV should do that little bit extra and with the TC-L32X1 you can watch your video or show pictures straight from the device by putting your memory card into the compatible slot on these Panasonic LCD Televisions.

But that isn’t all... the TC-L32X1 Panasonic LCD television also boasts an iPod Entertainment Kit, meaning you can connect your iPod directly to the TV and enjoy music and images with a very minimum amount of fuss.
